A tea party

My girls love to have tea parties. They were enjoying their sugar with a little tea in it..oops I mean their tea with a little sugar in it, when Isaac realized he hadn't been invited.

No problem! He just marched himself into the girls bedroom and found his own fancy princess accesory.

Now he's happy he can have some tea!

He was "helping" me with laundry the other day and when I returned, this is what i found!

I "heart" craigslist

I love craigslist for soo many reasons. With patience, you can find ANYTHING on there, no shipping charges, and great prices! To make room for Isaac in the "boys" room, I had to sell Caleb's twin bed that we had bought a few years ago. We sold his bed (bare bones) on craigslist for $250 and we bought this solid wood bunkbed, night stand, and dresser set for .....$200


I had randomly been searching craigslist for a computer cabinet for several months, but didn't find anything I loved for under $300. Patience pays off. We purchased this Pottery Barn computer armoire on craigslist for ..... $60


And my new favorite craigslist find. A solid wooden playset with 2 swings, a monkey bar, a see-saw swing, 2 clubhouses and a slide..........FREE

Someone's children had outgrown it and they just wanted someone to dismantle it and take it away!

Carl put it all together and replaced a couple of boards over the weekend and the kids are loving it. Me too!
