Stephanie Phillips brought over a wonderful meal Monday evening. Here is her menu. It was delicious! I had never had couscous made like this and I loved it! It had grilled chicken, peas, shredded carrots and tomatoes in it. Yum!! She is an excellent cook. She made an amazing homemade dressing for the salad because she knows that's my favorite. Sorry, no leftovers. Thanks Steph!

I forgot to tell you that Martha S. called the other day and invited me on her show. She suggested the couscous.
