breaks, bruises, and birthdays

Happy Birthday, Julie! I could not have chosen a better sister ever! She is beautiful, amazing, and my best girlfriend ever!

Here is Ella sporting her latest accessory. She fell off the swing set and broke her wrist last week. She has an extremely high pain tolerance and this really hasn't seemed to phase her. My girls are so very different when it comes to pain. Ella will walk in the house with scrapes and bruises that I have no idea where they came from because she doesn't cry easily. On the other hand if Abby sees some ketchup on her finger she will start crying because it "might" be blood.

Ella with her splint she wore a for a few days till the swelling went down.

She chose these colors for her cast.

A couple random pictures of Isaac.

Just too cute! Ella sure doesn't look like she will let very much slow her down... I love her cast colors!

You are THE BOMB when it comes to taking pictures!! :-) I love each one. What a neat pose, Isaac in the air with Daddy's hands ready to catch him! Ella is a doll too as well as Isaac's last picture.

Awww! Poor thing, glad she has a high pain tolerance! She probably handled it better than the adults! :D

One of my girls broke their arm on a swingset but I didn't know it was broken at the time. We just thought it was a sprain. To make matters worse a couple weeks later she was at VBS and fell out of the church van backwards and finished it off. It was black, blue and swollen! At the ER the dctr. said it was a healing fracture so that meant she broke it twice (the first time on the swing) and then falling out of the van. Thankfully, they believed her story about falling out of the swing or they could've charged us with neglect. She enjoyed the extra attention the cast brought! :)

I love, love, love your sis too! Absolutely the most amazing little thing ever. I didn't want to move to Muncie, 'cuz I didn't know anyone here and now I'm afraid to move away because I'd just miss her too much. =) Ella is adorable. Here I was worried about my boys breaking bones and now I find out that girls do too. Unbearable! Love ya, Kristina
