Craziness
The last 10 days have consisted of Comargo Camp, a new nephew, back-to-school shopping, my Dad's 70th birthday and my parents 44th wedding anniversary. And my camera memory card that died completely. I did manage to swipe Julie's picture off facebook of my Dad's 70th birthday. Loved being together!
So, we went shopping at Target and bought out their entire school supply section. Almost. I did have pictures of that, but they are/were on my dead memory card. But, I do have these.
And they make me
smile
so much!
I know normal people don't rip out notebook paper and tape it to their wall
or stop at Kroger for 1 red apple
But, seriously, how can this not make your day amazing!

Legos, Lorna, & Losing teeth
Caleb has spent a lot of time working with Carl this summer. He earned $ to get a snowboard pass and is now saving up for a bow. He doesn't like getting his pic taken but I forced simply asked for a few shots of
his 394 piece Lego creation. I even managed to get one pic with half a smile!
My girls adore Lorna and were thrilled to get invited to her surprise (kind of) birthday party.
Her party was at an old fashioned icecream parlor in Lebanon
Ella looks thrilled with her choice :)
The Village Ice Cream Parlor
Downtown Lebanon
Pretty flowers. Pretty girls.
And Ella lost her first top tooth.
I love. love. her smile!

A Baking Party
Abby and Ella wanted to invite a few friends over for a "baking" party.
My idea of a baking party = a few friends coming over to bake.
Their idea of a baking party = games, pinatas, paper chains, games, balloons, pizzas, cookies, sprinkles, and games.
They started with the pinata.
A balloon. Flour. Water. Strips of magazine paper.
Then tons of paper chains
Finally, time for friends. They made little pizzas
and added their own toppings
Fruit kebobs
And sugar cookies (out of a bag)
And decorated them with frosting (out of a can) and chocolate chips
And sprinkles, of course. And they played tons of games. And giggled. Alot!
Hmmmm...maybe I should have a baking party with my friends :)
