Kroger Kids Cooking Class

Our Krogers occasionally offers kids cooking classes, usually around a holiday.  I took the girls with a couple friends from school the day after classes dismissed for Spring Break.

The first thing they made was grape punch.  Frozen grapes, grape juice and something fizzy.  Yum!

Coming up with a design to decorate

their egg-shaped donuts.

Learning how to make potato pancakes.  Pour in the ingredients.

Then start mixing.  With your hands!

Now everybody together mixing it up!

Then you scoop them.

Then you fry them.

And then you eat them!  Delicious!

Now the sweet part.  An assortment of colored icing to decorate your donuts.

Concentrating.

And the final touches.

Such a fun day with my little chefs!
